The school of yoga runs undergraduate, postgraduate, diploma, and PG diploma programmes for students' physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual growth. Our curriculum is designed to integrate traditional teachings with modern approaches, ensuring that our students are well-equipped to navigate the complexities of today's world while staying grounded in the timeless principles of yoga.
