Fee Refund Policy – Academic Session 2023-24
Nirwan University, Jaipur recognizes the importance of a transparent and student-centric approach when it comes to Fee Refund Policies. In accordance with the guidelines set by the University Grants Commission (UGC), the University has adopted a comprehensive fee refund policy that prioritizes transparency and addresses the needs of its students which is issued by UGC.
The Fee Refund Policy for the Academic Session 2023-24 is as follows:
A full refund of fees shall be made by the University on account of all cancellations of admissions/migrations of students up to 30 September 2023 and with a deduction of not more than Rs. 1,000, as a processing fee, up to 31 October 2023.
For any admission schedule extending/commencing beyond/after 31 October 2023, Refund of Fees and Non-Retention of Original Certificates shall apply as per the below table:
