The objective of M.A. Psychology is to train students to identify emotional, psychological, and behavioural issues as well as specific disorders. Students are provided with a deep knowledge of human psychology, its behaviour, and how people interact with each other and their ecosystem.
As a Programme, M.A. Psychology offers insight into the deeper and more advanced aspects of psychology as a field while also helping the students to understand the professional aspects of it. Throughout the M.A. psychology course, students are taught about the various therapies and counselling strategies which can be used for helping their patients and clients who seek counselling and psychological assistance with their lives and illnesses.
Bachelor Degree with as main or subsidiary subject from UGC approved University.
Semester
Critical Thinking: To take informed actions after identifying the assumptions that frame our thinking and actions, checking out the degree to which these assumptions are accurate and valid, and looking at our ideas and decisions (intellectual, organizational, and personal) from different perspectives.
