Admission Guidelines

• Admitted students are required to report on the day of commencement of the session
• Students are required to bring the following documents in original along with one set of self-attested photocopies at the time of admission:
• Proof of date of birth as per secondary school certificate
• Passing certificate and mark sheet of qualifying examination issued by the Board / University. In case the eligibility criteria prescribe a condition of the passing of a specific subject or subjects at the same level, the certificate / mark sheet of the concerned examination in proof thereof should also be produced.
• Transfer Certificate, Character Certificate and migration from the School / College / Institution University (where the qualifying exam was passed).
• Domicile certificate (compulsory for all) and caste certificate (if applicable).
• Passport size photographs.
• Photocopy of Aadhar card

Students are required to bring the following documents at the time of commencement of the course-

• The admission letter in original and fees receipt
• Registration-cum-enrolment form duly filled.
• Two photographs one has to be pasted on the application form (self-attested) and one spare.
• Form for issue of identity card should be filled in CAPITAL LETTERS only.
• Admission of students shall be made strictly on the basis of merit adjudged through the All-India Common Entrance Test or through Nirwan University Combined Entrance Test and personal interview
• The university shall follow the reservation policy prescribed by the State Government for private universities for admission to various courses
• Only such candidates who have passed an examination from an Indian University / Board establishment recognised by State / Central Government or equivalent examination recognized by state / Central government / University shall be considered for admission
• The student shall deposit fees as prescribed by the University without fail on or before the date fixed by the University
• Application forms for admission to the various programs may be obtained from the admission office or downloaded from the website(www.nirwanuniversity.ac.in)
• The entrance examination shall be held at the university campus/ any other designated place as notified by the University
• Minimum qualifications for admission to the programs in various schools have been given in the information brochure / University website
• If, at any time, it is discovered that a candidate has made a false or incorrect statement or used other fraudulent means to secure admission her/his admission will be cancelled by the University
• The other rules and regulations regarding payment of fees are available on the website
• Admission of the student reporting late, without and valid reason or prior information is likely to be cancelled
