Program Outcomes (POs)

• PO1

  Critical Thinking: Solve complex problems by critical thinking, discussion, analysing and modelling them.

  Research and Development: Use the knowledge earned from different courses by involving himself/herself in research and development effectively for the benefit of all.

  Interpretation: Interpret the problems by getting involved in varied sources that include manuscripts, observations, books, scientific reports, journals, case studies of geographical regions and the internet etc.

  Understanding and Evaluation: Understand the concepts, theories and practicals of geography and mathematics for their applications in the real world, and enhance career prospects in a huge array of fields.

  Documentation and Reporting: Report the findings of critical thinking observations interpretation, understanding, evaluation and demonstration after effective documentation. Graphical representations such as pie diagrams, bar charts etc. make the report such which is easy for all readers.

  Communication: Communicate effectively (verbal and written) on geographical solutions based on case studies and data analysis with the society.

  Environment and sustainability: Understand the impact of urbanization, development in societal and environmental contexts, and provide solutions which are sustainable to all.

  Life-long learning: Recognize the need for, and have the preparation and ability to engage in independent and life-long learning in the broadest context of geographical changes.
