  To graduate students who are technically, clinically, and evidence-based competent in organizing, setting up, and managing anaesthesia machinery, life support equipment, surgical instruments, and sterile operating environments while delivering safe, cost-effective, and patient-centered perioperative care.

  Multidisciplinary Teamwork & Effective Communication
  To prepare graduates to function efficiently as collaborative team members alongside anaesthesiologists, surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals by using clear written, verbal, and empathetic communication strategies in both routine and critical/emergency clinical settings.

  Professional Ethics, Quality Assurance & Accountability
  To instill high standards of professional excellence, clinical ethics, patient safety protocols, legal accountability, and adherence to healthcare quality guidelines (such as NABH/JCI) across all aspects of operating theatre and intensive care management.
