It combines theoretical knowledge with practical laboratory and field training in nutrient management, soil mapping, and digital agriculture tools.
To be eligible for an M.Sc (Agri) in Soil Science, candidates generally need a 4-year B.Sc. degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, or Forestry with 50%-60% aggregate marks (or equivalent OGPA). A 3-year Bachelor’s degree in related fields may require bridge/remedial courses. Admissions are usually based on merit or entrance exams like ICAR AIEEA.
