Nirwan University Jaipur has conducted an activity on 19.06.2023 as an awareness lecture on āEqual Participation and Leadershipā in which we talked about how a women can take a stand as a leader against odds and change the dynamics of current situations and equal participation of women and men in decision-making processes at all levels.

We also created a selfie point to enhance the flavour of the activity. In which students participated very enthusiastically.Ā
